From start to finish, this banquet hall exceeded all expectations. The customer service during the planning and organizing process was outstanding—professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the event perfect. They made everything feel smooth and stress-free. During the event itself, the staff was amazing. The waiters were attentive, polite, and efficient, always checking in on guests and keeping everything running seamlessly. The bartender was fantastic—friendly, quick, and made great drinks all night. A big plus was the on-site security guard, which made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the event. The interior of the hall is beautiful and well maintained. The room temperature was perfect (which is so important for events), and everything was spotless and clean from the restrooms to the main hall. The setup, lighting, and overall ambiance really elevated the experience. Overall, this venue delivers exceptional service, a great atmosphere, and a strong sense of professionalism. I would highly recommend this banquet hall to anyone looking to host a memorable event. Truly a 5-star experience!

This morning, I had breakfast at El Encanto (El Picante previous location) a New Mexican restaurant, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was top-notch. I'll be back. Support small small businesses!

The last time I ate at this restaurant was when it was still called El Picante back in 1999. I remembered what a great family restaurant this was. Today (2025), passing through Bell Gardens, we decided to eat there. It has changed ownership and is now called Encanto. The food was as great as it was in 1999! Best ice tea in all of Bell Gardens! If your in the area, you can't go wrong. Supper friendly staff!

Highly recommend. Wish i would have took more pics but i will be back sooon. Handmade tortillas and delicious cafe de olla. I had green chilaquiles and they were so good.

Very welcoming. First time with new owners and new name. Jamaica is so refreshing. Got the garlic shrimp. Very delicious. My daughter got pozole. She loved it. Handmade tortillas

Love this place, the service, food & drinks are always amazing. They have great happy hour deals every day of the week. Thursdays they have a DJ! Always looking forward to coming back to this place.

The food was great and so was the service. The new management has turned this place around for the better. This is our new date night option for mexican food. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommended
